Last weekend Hayley and her team set up my 50th birthday and it was soSpecial when I walked in … Hayley made it beautiful and stunning and fun all wrapped up into my perfect dreams! Thank you Hayley for being so patient and caring with every detail I will never stop raving about what you did. You made my party the perfect event with fairy lights and soft pink hues for days. xx

If you are looking for the best customer service ever then you can't go past this business and the very helpful assistant Sam. She is absolutely amazing and a breath of fresh air in this world. She went above and beyond to brighten my friend's day and all at very late notice. So appreciate dealing with people like her. Thank you Sam

Just wanted to say thanks to the Balloonery team for helping out a disorganised male yesterday. Wife's birthday and I decided at the last minute to have some balloons at the restaurant so approached Balloonery at around 11am for a 4pm delivery. All done, the balloons were great and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Many thanks to all, much appreciated

Balloonery is the best! Amazing balloons & friendly & super helpful staff. They made the best Easter balloon bunny for my nephew, delivered it on Saturday morning & it popped that afternoon because we left it in the heat!I called Hayley & she kindly went back to the shop to put a new one together for us, so my nephew still had his surprise on Sunday! He loved it so much. Thanks again Hayley!
