Engaged John at Embassy to quote on replacing, painting and installing a new front and rear bumper. I received the quote the same day (Tuesday) and proceeded with the works.The parts were sourced and available in under 24hrs (for an 8 year old car). John provided me with a loan car on the Wednesday and had the repaired vehicle back by Friday morning!Top quality work and amazing turn around time, the car looks as it was new. To anyone that needs work done I strongly recommend their services.

I hate to admit that I’ve had to use this service more than twice! Not all were my fault though I promise. However, I will only ever choose Embassy to repair my vehicles! John and the team are so helpful and considerate. When I was in a decent car accident a couple of years ago, after having my car towed there for repairs, John sent my phone a text to see if I was ok.They care, they are efficient with timing and communication and the car always comes back as new!Thanks so much for being a reliable service. I hope I don’t need you too many times in future, but if ever I do, it will be Embassy I choose!Thanks again so much :)

Terrible customer service. Ignored requests to send a copy of repair quote, treated me like I was taking up their precious time. Don't waste your time with them. They will only treat you as though you're wasting theirs. Ill be taking my car

Terrible. Made it look like I was wasting his time when asked to do his job. Didn’t want to do the job properly and when told if he could he cut me off mid conversation, closed up the whole shop and hid inside. Completely wrong attitude towards his job and disregard for doing a proper job. Do not recommend at all.

I hit a pole ina car park. Took it to Embassy and I cannot begin to explain how good they were. The guy at reception was incredibly polite, service was quick and even when I had a slight issue a few months later they had it fixed in half an hour. People often have bad experiences with Smash repair but I can’t fault the service I received. Thanks guys!

Professional, friendly staffs. They helped me a lot during these couple years. They did excellent jod all the time. They know what they were doing. No need to call them to follow up after you sent your car there, they will give you update at each stage. Easy going process, just give them a call, drop the car in or let them pick up from you, then get the car back in days. if you need loan cars or have any questions, just tell them, they will help you out. Highly recommended.
