Made me wait 30mins for my prescription. It was on the table, they could see me on the chair waiting & didn't call out my name. 2 others came after me & got theirs before I enquired. They didn't have the 15mg of what my dr suggested so I had to buy 30mg. At that stage, I just wanted to get out.

Great customer service today, there was a rush on purchasing covid tests this morning and I was impressed with how the staff managed the process, staff were communicating to all in line and they had a terrific ticketing system to ensure no one missed out. Definitely a business to support

I had a very bad cold last week and decided to give this Pharmacy a go. It is located in a very convenient location next to Southside Toyota on logan road. The complex also has a Coles supermarket - which is super handy.This Pharmacy has some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Friendly staff knowledgeable pharmacists and a friendly attitude makes this pharmacy a pleasant experience. They price match too!

Placing orders, calling in a week or two, only to find it hasn't been placed. Very unlike my pharmacy.And being a bit straight forward n rude on the phone, again unlike my pharmacy.New pharmacists trying to charge me way over RRP on top of all of it, are you serious? - when as a regular they have always looked after me being on low income.He didn't even say anything when I said it's too much?? Obviously does not give a dam! So I left it.I'm sorry the service, assistants and pharmacists were A1 the best! ( Milena n Stanley ) but the newbies make me feel very uncomfortable.Time for a change, new pharmacy that never charges over RRP, or changes price depending who serves you.. very sad, I loved TWCM.

Great customer service. I was in desperate need of Covid RAT test kit as one of my family member was showing minor symptoms. Wanted to get test done without leaving the home. I tried many stores for the test kit but didn’t succeed. Finally Navin helped me by arranging it with very short notice. Would like to thank Navin and Terry White Chemmart for excellent timely service to arrange for it.

Your website says you close at 8pm, I arrived at 7pm and you're closed. Change your website false advertising...not happy when I need an important prescription supplied!!!!

The customer service was so pleasant. Navin was extremely helpful. Quite good looking also. A lady Mona was however the best. She is the owner I think.

I purchased one box of face masks on 30 January 2020 and paid $200. I was not told by any staffs the items could not be refund. After ONE day, my friend went to the store and bought the same item, BUT she paid only $100!!!!! I just wanted to refund the difference prices, but the staff refused me and told me masks came from different warehouses, so the prices are different. It is really FUNNY!!! The experience is sooooo bad. The owner will be quite rich by selling face masks.
