Terrible service. Ordered a full set of seat covers for my Ford Ranger.Had to wait for their manufacture, fair enough.Front covers arrived, now fitted. Phoned their Customer Support about three weeks ago, to be told order sent in two packages (why, I still don't know) - still waiting for my.long paid for rear covers.Try another supplier with better service is my advice.

I have had a full set of their seat covers on my car for over 4 years. Their seat covers are comfortable, hardy, fit well, and easy to install.We travelled Australia, spending a lot of time off-road doing more than 100,000kms. After 4 tough years, the drivers side seat started to tear at the seam, see pictures. I rang My Custom Car to order a new set, they suggested that I send them some photos as it may be covered by warranty. To my amazement, they covered them and sent me a new drivers seat free of charge.Amazing customer service, with even more amazing products. Highly recommend!

The quality and the fit of my custom seat covers were fantastic. Really happy with them.Initially the wait was 2 weeks, and after 3 weeks I emailed to find out what the lead time would be. They were very busy and said another week or two, which was not a problem for me.When my covers arrived, the front seats were actually completely different to what I had ordered. I emailed, but did not receive a very good response. However, a day later, a different person emailed me and said they would send out the set I had ordered as they could see they had made an error and sent the wrong covers. I received them two days later. Thank you Kiley for rectifying this and for being so lovely!Overall the quality, the fit and the resolution were great. Im really happy with the product and company and would definitely recommend.

My car is a 2016 Suzuki Celerio 4-door hatch, and I ordered the R.M. Williams Mesh Black" seat covers for the front 2 seats.This option wasn't available for my car on the MCC website

I would like to mimic the comments of a recent review:Modern cars do not work like the ‘how to’ video shows. There are a lot of electrics and other stuff under the seats making it impossible to tie the straps."I am fitting these to a Suzuki Jimny 2021 JB74 model and I was unable to connect the velcro strips for the seat cover that run underneath the seat as there are some electric cables here. For now I have left them loose

I bought the caterpillar canvas seat covers and even though they are a bit pricey, they are amazing. They also make your car look brand new and modern since the are dark black and therefore always look new. The material is high quality, comfortable and they fit perfectly. I recommend getting the free samples before you buy them so you can decide which material you prefer.

Long waiting 3.5 weeks and no communications or update until they send it, so for a first time order from MyCustomCar make me on edge!!! But it's worth it!!! Good quality product and fit perfect for my WRX, now we gonna order another for partner bugeyes! Thankyou.

I bought this company's seat covers for the back seats of my car.I have an older patrol with an odd design to the seats.They showed up within 3 weeks as the website said they would.I sent 1 email asking for a tracking number and got a very pleasant email within an hour. I am very happy with the customer service.As for the seat covers them selves, they fit perfectly, really nice material and were very easy to install, it took me less than half an hour to get them on.They even came with covers for the 2 fold up arm rests, which I wasn't expecting.I'm overall very impressed with the company and will definitely be recommending them and hopefully sending people their way.

very disappointed with my experience with this company. I specifically asked whether the seat covers followed the contours of the entire seat.. and they said yes. bought them and they did NOT! the bulge out due to the 'seat wings' (shoulder support). I complained, they said we'll talk to manufacturing".. never heard a word back (3 months+ later).. there were many other issues as well

I had an initial problem with the fit of the covers. They were too tight for the seat, forcing the driver forward and out of the correct seating position. When I contacted customer service with the issue their follow up was excellent. They accepted my concerns, no questions asked. Measurements were provided, the covers were returned reply paid, free of charge, the issue was rectified and covers quickly returned to me. An initially poor experience was resolved by excellent post-sales customer service. I’m very happy with the outcome. Thanks to Stacey.
