I bought a phone holder for a friend for Christmas, little did I know that the fit all sizes holder would not fit her phone. The product was unused and in perfect condition, yet I couldn't get a refund. Should take better care of your customers, I will not be back.

This place is is absolute rubbish!Bough a cable the guy on the store told me it will work. Went to my car and did not fit 2 mins after came back to return the cable and surprise he didn’t want to do it because it was my fault knowing I ask the cable specifically for something, terrible attitude.Look for something different!

I went there to change my broken lens glass. I gave my phone and waited. They did the job but they scratched my whole phone screen with tiny glass particles which ejected from the glass. What sort of people will do it on surface where they are removing hroken glass?? Cant they place the phone screen on a good surface?? When I questioned about the scratches which look very fresh and all over my screen, the guy started arguing and using bad words.I woukd not recommend this store to anyone for any sort of service. There are many places who value their customers and theor products given for servicing. I would give negative rating if I had an option. I spend $175 with 2% surcharge for cards( donno why it is required) and now have scratches all over the screen where I have to spend more for screen replacement.

I bought a case and scree protector of 14 pro max , the staff give me great service explained everything and did a good job. I highly recommend just ignore those stupid comments. Five star service
