From the initial quote to the install these guys have been great.Neil was very knowledgeable about the product and gave some great advice as to what we could achieve.Tony who installed kept me very up to date and was flexible to work around his time even before the booked install date. Making the most of the weather as we got rained out on our booked in date.Tony even worked around a few issues that came up pre install and came up with a better plan that worked for the both of us.All around a great place to deal with.

Terrible customer service. Paid $10,000 for a product that wasn't even hooked up properly. Once they got their money they are very hard to contact. Wasn't told about our install date until we inquired 4 weeks after sending payment then wasn't told a time. Acted like we were bothering them when inquiring. Shocking service for such an expensive product. 3 months later and we still not even using our solar power!

I had changed my phone plan, but unfortunately the new modem disconnected me from receiving daily data on my solar panel usage on my computer. I had absolutely no idea how to fix it. I phoned Rodney Scott at Solarhart Southern TAS (CGA TAS Pty Ltd). He was incredibly helpful and sent me instructions on how to reconnect it. Unfortunately I am not that handy with a computer so Rodney asked Aaron from CGA to call in to my home and he fixed the entire problem in short order. The service was such a relief to me, extremely helpful. Great service and nice guys! Thank you SO much! Regards, Janine Candelone
