Very happy with the service, friendly staff, workmanship and pricing

1.wife took her car in with a misfirethey did a service, $169 without fixing the misfire and told her it will cost $944 to fix, and quoted and extra $1500 to fix the rest. total $2400 + $169 service would have cost $2569.well $40 worth of spark plug and fixed the misfire and $315 to fix the rest total $354 all fixedrip offs dont go there. Pray on female even told my wife exhaust defectable well factory sports exhaust it what the car was build with.2.Sorry that you fill this way. You stated in your response that you phone customers prior to completing any repairs on their vehicles.Well let’s talk about this.Why do a service if vehicle has a misfire? Should have called and told customer service is not a good idea until the misfire is fixed.You let a customer drive a car with a misfire which could do further damage to the car.Once again
