Unpleasant experience, hairdresser seemed unfriendly. Good haircut though.Would also be nice if they made it clear their kid price cut off is 11yrs old.

Re the women's hairdressers next door ,I have used this store several times with no complaint ,yet a few months ago i had a hair cut and felt i was over charged $10 more than what i normally pay ,when i questioned the cost the Hair dresser M told me price had gone up ,i believed this and then got another hair cut and was charged the original price .my 12 year old granddaughter cot a cut today and had less cut off than i have had and the charge by M again $52 .this hairdresser charges more than the others and make up the prices as she pleaseswont go back shame the other girls are great

Absolute rip off $30 for an 8 yr old boy hair cut.What an absolute rip off how can u justify $30 for 10 min job not even doctors charge that.

I wish I could give these guys zero stars!I had my haircut here four weeks ago. I showed Mel a photo of how I normally get my haircut and asked her not to cut it too short on top. She cut it way too short and short on top. The shape is completely wrong. I have had to wait a month, for it to grow to an reasonable length.I have just called the salon and spoke to the manager, who told me I should have come back after a week - well my hair was that short , a week didn’t show anything. My hair was approximately 1cm long.I have waited a month , so I could show the salon that the shape isn’t right. It normally takes less than 30 mins to cut my hair and I asked the manager if I could come after work today for someone to look at it and possibly trim it into shape. The manager said because I didn’t come straight back, I could have cut it myself!For good customer relations, Salon Express Belmont couldn’t spend less than half an hour , fixing up their mistake.Do not go here. There are plenty of decent hairdressers to choose from and these guys have zero customer service. They just want you to pay and leave.

I can't recommend niamh High enough the haircut and colour were perfect and the professionalism from all staff was above and beyond excellent.

I got my 2 year old's hair cut here today. He was wiggly, cried and generally must've been a HUGE pain but the hairdresser was so patient with us and did the best job!! We're so grateful, thank you!

Salina did a great job on my hair, suggesting hair treatments makes my hair look amazing

Have been coming here for 2 years now and I love it. Nathan in my opinion is one of the best babers there and I always try to get him. Highly recommended
