Cups n Cones Mentone
Went here for an icecream with my girlfriend and the experience was not up to par. Before even ordering we saw the staff drop an icecream and the poor customer had to ask for it to be remade. In hindsight we should have no gone in after this. Staff struggled to even scoop the icecream, I order 2 scoops and barely got any on the 2nd flavour (honestly it was maybe a generous tablespoon amount). I imagine most the problems are the result of little to no training for staff. Its a real shame as the location is absolutely amazing and the store front look beautiful. Will not be going to Scoops again and would not recommend anyone else go either.

A lovely icecream shop that has an array of icecream and gelato flavours,along with donuts,waffles and shakes and coffee. Let's not forget the beautiful icecream cakes which of course are made to order. Service with a smile to, well done guys.

Love the gelato. The gelato cakes are great too. YOu can select from any of your favorite flavours. AND.... crepes are super yummy.

Disappointing. Ice cream too soft. My kids ended up throwing in bin as flavours were bland. My salted caramel was just a sweet soft cold blob! I so wanted to support local business. They will need to change their ice cream supplier before Summer

Great Ice Cream. Lots of different flavours available. They always give you a lot in the cone and the price is not that expensive.

Came here with the kids. Great selection of unusual ice creams and normal tooCoffee was decent enough.No seating inside. Limited outside. Parking is on street. Can be tricky when it’s busy

These guys are awesome!! Not only is the ice cream delicious but they went out of their way to make a fantastic ice cream cake last minute for my partners birthday and even came in on a day they where closed so I could pick it up and have it in time. They where so kind and helpful, I will most definitely be a regular customer

Really awesome flavors that change all the time! Recommend the lemon meringue and hot cross bun flavors! The staff are lovely even after long shifts, always have a smile for you.

Excellent gelato with a good selection of flavours. The staff here are very friendly and you're served pretty quickly. The ice cream shop is not too far from the beach to take one with you, and they serve waffles and other treats too if desired.
