Unlock Your Voice - Singing School

I've been learning at this school for almost a year and enjoy every lesson with my teacher Ken, who is talented and passioned musician. Got the opportunity to perform in an open mic event in front of the students and other strangers, and I would say that it was challenging for me to be out of my comfort zone and made my dream come true.I'm not professional at all and Ken gave me the confidence. We do warming up excercises and in easy going atmosphere we think what we can improve and what song will be better to sing.I didn't feel tham I'm stressed after the first lesson, so highly recommend for those who are struggling by singing in front of the people, gain that confidence and strengths of voice that you are dreaming for.

I started almost 3 months ago with Paulina who was amazing with lots of energy. We connected very well as Paulina was very understanding of my goals and where I wanted to go vocally, musically and performing!Can't recommend enough!Angie who runs Unlock Your Voice is also amazing with her energy, communication and passion!

I have been doing singing lessons with Annika for over two months and I could not recommend her enough. She is a well balanced teacher who brings knowledge, skill, patience and joy to her lessons. ✨She has a kind energy and is incredible at honing in on my goals and facilitating the strengthening of my voice and confidence. I always leave our classes feeling light, hopeful and keen for our next lesson!

My daughter who is 14yrs, who wasn’t keen on singing and didn’t like the sound of her own voice, has done a term at Unlock your voice and now loves singing, feels confident and has connected really well with her teacher. I’m so pleased and thankful for the tuition she has had this term. I would highly recommend this for anyone interested.

Worked with Angie for 2 terms.She had really helped me understand how my voice works, corrected my technique and generally really cared to get the best out of me. My confidence singing live after working with Angie is so much more than before and she even came to a gig which proves she cares and that meant heaps.Highly recommend anyone wanting to sing or improve their technique.

Great school! Super lovely staff. I had a couple of lessons with Ken and he made me feel super comfortable and at ease even though I was sure I was going to cry in my first lesson because I've never sung in front of anyone before. He helped me choose some songs to sing for homework and practice in between lessons and added some more songs to my list that I can sing/that are good for my voice. Definitely recommend this school and Ken!

‘Unlock your voice’ has had a very positive effect on me and my life. Every week I am given a new opportunity to do my best and the environment is so judgement free and comfortable. Ken has allowed me to be more confident in myself and what I am capable of, which has greatly impacted many other areas in my life. If I’m not happy with how I have performed Ken supports me in trying as many more times as I need to, until I feel happy with it.I love this singing program so much, it has helped me a lot!
