Absolutely disgusting service by staff who actually admitted to lying about points system. Spoke with the head office who didn't care and aren't concerned with consumer's rights.

Fake price promise guarantee - very misleading.Store said to call customer service. And customer service said to price promise request - which can take up to 3-4 days for approval.So if its not approved then one is basically stuffed!Just FYI - price promise works on the spot!You just lost high price business unfortunately!

Worst shopping experience ever. First provide tracking number that didnt exist does not return call sasha customer care of is rude and condisending Parts missing from box .Still waiting on a solution after being treated like i am a child!

Baby Bunting does not care about pregnant women.At no point in time when I purchased my large order, for delivery, was I advised that I needed someone to be home to move the items. (the reason I booked delivery is because I cant do this very thing myself! If I had of known that I would be expected to move the boxes of things, including a very heavy nursing chair, I would never have ordered delivery from Baby Bunting!) In all of my dealings with Baby Bunting in relation to this order - and there were many, as there were issues with the order from the stores perspective, which I was prepared to overlook - at no time did anyone advise me that the delivery person would not place the items in the room.Today my items were delivered. The delivery driver from Kings refused to put the items in the room, which was simply down the wide hall. After calling the Maidstone store and speaking with the Manager Rebecca I was very unhelpfully told that I could either refuse delivery or have it delivered at my front door. I am a pregnant woman, that needs these items obviously so refusing delivery was not an option and I cannot lift anything myself. Rebecca explained that the delivery is contactless as that is the policy of Kings delivery. I did not choose Kings - my contract is with baby bunting for delivery - Rebecca said, it is delivered, its at your door. Rebecca was not interested in my situation, dismissive and had no regard for me as a pregnant woman or for customer service.I was worried that perhaps the driver was not vaccinated and that was why he was not coming in the house. When I asked the delivery driver if he was vaccinated, he initially refused to answer, which is frightening for a pregnant woman. I asked why is a store like baby bunting using a delivery service that cannot delivery completely. The driver proceeded to dump the items in my front door and to avoid coming inside, pushed the boxes along on my wood floors, not with his trolley and my floor is now completely scratched. I asked him to stop pushing the boxes as he was causing damage. So now I have damage to my property; I cannot shut my front doors and I am completely stressed out. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service.I will be taking this matter further, especially in relation to the damage to property. Outrageous, I have logged a request for head office to contact me.

Worst customer service. For the love of God, shop anywhere but Baby Bunting.Their Price Beat Guarantee" is a complete scam to give the impression they have the lowest prices. THIS IS NOT TRUE.You can forget about trying to apply for the Price Beat Guarantee - they purposely make it impossible to apply. It's part of their business operating model (similar to how Fitness First systematically made it difficult for people to cancel their membership).Their post-sales support will make you want to rip your hair out.Saving a couple of bucks is not worth the stress and anger of dealing with Baby Bunting. TBH

Baby bunting has ruined our Christmas. We have paid “extra” to have an item shipped to arrive by Christmas, it’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived. Their choice of courier is super poor and unfortunately, it’s now a poor reflection on them. We needed a high chair for our family Christmas and now we have nothing. I will never give baby bunting my business again.
