Curtin College

if you're planning to take an engineering course at curtin college go for it but i highly suggest NOT to have (Sandjida Kazi) as your Physics teacher. Basically if you haven't studied physics in year 11 or 12, i don't know how you guys will pass that subject. She reads of the PowerPoint with lack of explanation, she let's you do a question without going through it step by step and the lack of energy in her class. It's better to watch Youtube tutorials than sit in her class for 4 hours and learning nothing basically wasting your time. I know that she has a degree in Engineering but i don't think she has a degree in Education, she doesn't connect with the students like the other teachers, she just talk and talk.Trust me i experienced and i regret going to her class, don't waste your time.I WARNED YOU.

Not satisfied with the with the MQP program

Best thing about Curtin College is HOLLY!!!!!

When comparing with uni students, your basically doing the same unit but a higher price yet you still don't get to use all the facilities which the uni students have. Such as, online lectures.

Students pay thousands for courses every year. Content is not at all interactive or informative. Lecturers expect you to be professionals already and expect too much from first year students. Students are told to ask for help if needed yet when they actually do ask for help they get a once sentence reply back from lecturers telling them to read whatever on some website and basically figure it out themselves or wait for someone else to send them an email. Poor teaching, lecturers have a lack of understanding toward students, poor management and severe lack of facilities. Most classes are taught off of a boring PowerPoint presentation.

It’s a very nice Campus

Curtin College is the last place to go to get a pathway to university. The College fees are literally 2.5x the amount of normal fees plus the additional fees per unit which adds up to 5k at the end of the year . Do anything but Curtin college . The teaching quality is mid and nothing great about it .

Bathrooms are not accessible at all. There aren't any that are for public. You need a key or a card pass.
