Really beautiful furniture collection with a modern and fresh style. We bought a bedroom set a couple of years ago and have found the quality to be excellent - this was one of the guest places we thought of when looking for new furniture! The customer service has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

We were looking for a dining table for our home. My wife stumbled across this website and found some lovely furniture. She corresponded with the company and got some answers to our queries. We duly placed and order for our dining table. Within a day, I got a call advising us of the delivery date, which was 2 weekends away. I expressed disappointment at having to wait so long for the table. Within a few days, I received a second call saying the table will be delivered the same weekend. Delivery was prompt and the table looked excellent. Only thing I had to do was to give the top a light sand and applied 2 layers of satin clear coat. Good shop to deal with.

We adore our Rome bed and bedside tables that we received from B2C furniture. We ordered on a Monday night, received a call the next day and everything was delivered on the Friday. Everything is excellent quality and as solid as we expected. One of the bedside tables has a dint in the top and the draw is hard to use but the other one is perfect (not complaining, just letting you know!). Each item was a bit of a task to put together, and definitely required two people, we'd recommend getting a drill. Once we had a drill, it was a thousand times easier and quicker. Really pleased with our experience, would purchase again and would recommend to others! Thanks!

Great customer service and solid beds.We bought the myer triple bunk and it looks great BUT, the top bunk is so close to the bottom bunk that it is not very comfy and the kids frequently hit their heads. Plus there is a safety bar underneath the top bunk which stops it from collapsing- which is great but it’s a chunky metal bar that sticks out and is so easy to hit your head on when under the bunk.I think there should be a strong recommendation to buy a thin mattress for the bottom bunk, not just the top- we have a standard mattress and though the difference is only 5cm, that would’ve helped.Ultimately I do wish we’d bought a bunk with better clearance as it’d be much more comfy for the kids.

Compared to all the other furniture showrooms around the area, this is the best presented. Although busy on a Sunday morning we were able to get answers to our questions. Their stock is also very good - functional with good design aspects.

Reasonable prices at this shop, you can get a bargain. I just bought some furniture, I will update after using it if I have to. By the way people are friendly they say you ‘hi’ only talk to you if you want.

Bought the Paris Grey Occasional Chair - was initially slow to get updates from their courier, but the chair showed up as promised. When I opened the box, I found that one of the side pieces was broken - B2C were absolutely brilliant in getting back to me quickly and offering options for supplying a replacement side piece. Solid service recovery, very happy customer!Couldn't work out how to review the actual product on their website, but if anyone is looking at the Paris Grey Occasional Chair - the fabric is a bit lighter than the pictures suggest. Additionally - follow the assembly instructions *to the letter*, especially the part about not tightening screws until everything is in place! Paying attention to that bit would have saved me at least 30 minutes and significant frustration. ;)

Caren helped us out with selection of bed frames. She was knowledgeable and gave us time to discuss and finalise. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the place.

Purchased the Myer King Single bunk bed over 6 months ago and it has been emitting a terrible smell since then that still hasn't cleared no matter what we do. It is incredibly strong and causes huge headaches. Our daughter has had to sleep in our room because it's been unbearable. We have even left it outside in the patio for a few months. Customer service was hopeless - claimed that they use low VOC paints when it clearly wasn't true given how badly it smells. They suggested we place cut onions around the room. Complete joke. The company has also deleted my review from their website, which is incredibly dishonest.

Amazing experience with B2c furniture!Ordering was seamless, delivery was quick and easy! Furniture is great quality and looks fantastic. We had a slight issue with a few chips in some of the mood on the chairs and they were super friendly and helpful. The pieces were replaced and we were even delivered what we needed by one of their lovely staff as there were no deliveries that day. Couldn’t have been more impressed. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Thanks guys!
