My computer died Thursday night, took it into Trantech on Friday morning without a appointment. I dealt with Scott, he had it back to be by 4pm same day. All fixed!! New PSU installed and a quick service. It's not often i observe service like this anymore. I HIGHLY recommend these guys for there exceptional service, speed, professionalism and skills. Cheers guys

Dave and the guys at Tran Tech always go above & beyond with their service. After being told by another competitor that I would have to change my less than 12 mth old laptop for a newbie, Dave took a quick look at it and personally delivered it to my desk that evening - fixed and ready to live a much longer life!! Love your work Tran Tech :)

Trantech have been looking after my computer and the entire family’s tech needs since 2013. David and his team had been nothing but courteous, go above and beyond for me, and do not hold back on information. The turnaround for their services is as advised or sometimes faster than expected. We value their knowledge, sometimes even on subjects outside of computer tech, such as internet connections, social media and websites!

Terrific service and advice today from Doug, and the business atlarge. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was just perfect, and i was well informed, which demonstrated exceptional experience an quality work. I asked to watch them add a few parts to my computer, and Doug spent the extra time showing me how everything works, and why he did stuff, that makes everything a little bit better. The guys there definitively have a passion for their job which is great to see. Thats the second time using TranTech and on both occasions i have received friendly, and enthusiastic help. I highly recommended TranTech.

I would like to thank the Guys from Tran Tech Computers David & Tam with helping sort out my sons laptop. They went over and above of what they had to with sorting out the issues we have had.
