Very inclusive and accepting, a good attention to detail. Small classes means good support in learning. Other students very helpful as well.

Tai Chi with Shireen
My wife and I have been training with Shireen for a few months now and we both feel much better for it. The classes start with stretching, then Lotus form qigong and then we move into learning the different forms. We always look forward to our classes.

Shireen is an amazing Tai Chi teacher! She teaches the spiritual, meditative and martial aspects of the artform which is hard to find. If you are looking for well balanced teaching from a seasoned and passionate instructor then this is the place for you.
