Prime Training

Got an online program from him a year ago, he asked at the start what equipment I had access to and when I wanted to train. Sounds great, right? Got into the program: it made allowances for footy training Tuesdays and Thursdays when my training was Mondays and Wednesdays. No big, sent him a message and he said he'd change it. Also mentioned that the program used a jammer, which I don't have access to. He said he'd change it all around for me. Two weeks later, no changes. Sent another message, he said he'd change it. At the end of the program, and another message later, still no changes in TeamBuildr, had to make them myself in my head and find alternative exercises for the things I didn't have access to on my own.The exercises are all fine, like, they work, I saw some improvements in my physique and my training, but it's certainly not the individualised program he sells it as. I got an in person PT at my local gym who's giving me a lot of similar exercises with a focus on footy, but actually individualised, and it's not significantly more expensive for programs and a weekly in-person sesh.Oh, also, the reason that there's a bunch of five-star reviews is that in the email where he gives you your login, he promises two extra free weeks if you give him a five-star review. Now, I don't think there's anything wrong with offering extras on products or services for reviews, but offering extras for speficially glowing reviews, before you've even had the chance to try the program? Feels a lil skeezy. Did I do it anyway? Yeah. Does that make me part of the problem? Also yeah. Just, like, keep that in mind when you're reading positive reviews.Hopefully things have changed in the eight months I've not been working with him. Based on all the other things he's dipping his toe in and how thin he's been spread, though, I wouldn't hold my breath.

So professional and helpful. Program so well set out and easy to understand with the demonstrations and access to him personally if you need any help.

Prime Train has been a breeze. Living in a remote town there is limited resources and access to great programs. Easy steps to follow and supportive. Always able to get hold of. Highly recommend.

I am 4 weeks into my personalised program and cannot recommend it enough. It is easily accessible and easy to use. Everything is suited for what I had asked for. This has open my eyes to a whole new way of getting fit/working out. It has done way more for me than just my fitness goal which I am grateful for.

Bought the basketball athlete program, super detailed and very well presented. Videos for everything that needs to be performed which is a big big help. Along with the support Prime offers for his programs.10/10 would recommend for anyone whose trying to get better!
