Andrea Linn has been an exceptional mentor and friend while also working incredibly hard to find a job that suited my needs. As someone with a disability and chronic fatigue, she took the time to understand what I was looking for in a position, and even suggested options I hadn't thought of. Andrea is conscientious, respectful, kind and has gone the extra mile for me. I highly recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a job and would like assistance from an employment service. Andrea is not someone who helped me find a job but she is a lifelong friend now and I'm forever grateful to have met her.

My partner has been with wise for about a year and at the start they were very helpful, it did take them a while to get him a job but he finally got one, even though he gets underpaid and barely gets any hours, after a couple months they stopped helping him, he expressed to wise that he wanted an apprenticeship and they said they would help him get one, they kept messaging him phone appointments but would never call they would set up meetings and would cancel them the day of, they have been ignoring his needs and it’s getting ridiculous, step up your game wise this is unprofessional, disgusting and pathetic.

Great service.Really helped me get a job and gave me the support that I needed to find somewhere that was perfect and understood my situation. They are still ongoing with the support even after employment just reallt good people.Highly recommended

Kasey is my current worker with her help i have been able to achieve a lot within myself. She has currently been able to assign me into a earth moving course to achieve updated and improved competency tickets in the industry and look forward to achieve future employment in the industry. thank you Kasey

I had an appointment with Wise Employment in Morwell, and just after ONE day, I was forwarded to an employer and I gained employment straight away. These guys do not muck around. Kasey at Wise Employment Morwell is very fast paced and I was shocked that just after one day, she landed me into an interview. She marketed me very well. Thank you so much for helping me on my path to employment.

Such a inviting welcoming organisation that will do anything in the power to help people reach their goals and suceed the workers are glamorous lovely people who thrive off watching others suceed and go out of there way to make sure all your needs are met would highly recommend them to anyone definatley a 5 star experience for me the whole time i have been with them theyve brought me nothing but strength and joy
