Harvest Realty have been absolutely amazing especially with being our first rental. Unfortunately we've had to vacate the property we were at due to it being sold to new owner but Harvest Realty team have helped always been easy to contact and correspond with. Very professional. I highly recommend them to those searching for rentals or even buying a property.

I am more than happy with the current Property Management at Harvest Realty. The customer service and professionalism that both Lisa Zheng and Heliana Djuang have provided me over the past year has been of a very high level. I find they are proactive, and go the extra mile particularly with mandatory documentation and follow through respectfully and efficiently.Thank you, in particular to Heliana, who when asked to negotiate a request on my behalf this week. Acted in the best interest of both tenant and landlord to provide a positive outcome for both parties. Win-win. Thanks Team for the great customer care and service.

Wouldn't even give them a 1 star, they deserve 0 stars. Tyrone Joseph scammed me out of $5018 by forcing me to pay cash upfront and not providing me with receipts, weeks and weeks I was chasing him for the receipts but he kept lying about not being in the office etc etc... now I am ending my tenancy and the money has somehow miraculously gone missing and there is no record of it. Everyone at Harvest has been extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and in most instances extremely rude, avoid these guys at all costs unless you want to get scammed yourself! I will be taking the matter further!

The team at Harvest Realty, in particular Karen, were super helpful and so responsive when it came to viewing and signing up to my current rental property. Since moving in they’ve been in contact regularly with regards to a minor maintenance issue which is now resolved. I’d highly recommend the team to anyone. Rentals- Very unprofessional, maintenance is a thing of the past, unqualified trades such as unqualified handyman doing electrical work. I was emailed details and private letters that were meant for others. They also think that the fact the owners of the rental property just arrive at the door to have a look is not an issue at all….Very poor and the attitude of the office staff is disgusting….. my tip, just stay well clear otherwise I can garentee you’ll find yourself at VCAT wasting your time…
