Words can not describe my gratitude for the level of service that I receive every time I step through the door. If you want a chemist that treats you like a person not a customer with a smile every time and expert advice then go here. Even if you have to travel more than you would like it is defiantly worth your time. Special mention to both Jeremy and Luke. The team is simply outstanding.

A fairly average crew working here. Overheard a conversation they had with a gentleman and was quite appalled. Change your attitude people, be nice it’s not hard.

The customer service at this chemist has gone down hill I have been coming in to this chemist for many years but will be going to Parkdale chemist from now on .The Assistant that was using foul words about a customer was disgusting to hear very unprofessional.

I'm rating Terry White Mentone with a 4 star review all due to the greeting of 'Ash' when I came into the store and called later on to speak to Luke, the manager about the SUPERSTAR service of Michelle. Michelle pierced my ears with executive precision, care and helped choose the right size earrings to balance the other I have. On top of this, it was my 50 birthday and I had already spoken with two other piercing salons who definitely did not have the customer service or care Michelle does. This is not a 'Terry White chemist review' but a 'Michelle review'. Michelle's personality, approach, professionalism and expertise is the only reason I drove there on my birthday and, the result, experience and laughter/joy/gratitude I had (am still having) was priceless.

An amazing local pharmacy with such great service. Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable every time we enter. Refuse to go anywhere else….amazing people, in particular Jeremy - an absolute gem!
