The stairs to find the shop are to the right of Bastani restaurant. Repaired a broken zipper on a good pair of jeans. Had to leave them for a few days but it seems like the lady is the only one there and she did a great job. When I dropped my pants off and picked them up there were other customers there who seemed like they were regulars. Judging from the other reviews and my experience i think Sutra Alterations is a reliable local business and I will definitely bring my repairs and alterations here in the future.

Used to go elsewhere and pay a premium. When I discovered this place I never went back. The services are great and the prices are even greater. Every time I get new clothes I always take them here, thanks!

Very rude.I brought in some trousers to be slightly taken in. I’m a stylist and I get clothes altered for clients to achieve certain looks.As I stood in the mirror trying them on, the owner proceeded to judge the trousers ,without my even giving her an explanation of what I need. Then went to help other customers in front of me ,she then proceeded to rudely point me out to her customers saying things like ‘ those are men’s trousers ‘ and ‘ they are too big for her’ she should return them. Right in front of me. I has never felt so disrespected as a customer in my life.

Best embroidery so far. Delicate and precise. You can choose from the pre-design patterns or embroider your own design. It is perfect for name labels for school.
