Lifeline Shop Kingaroy
I went to Lifeline Kingaroy earlier in the day to learn how to recycle. Got the details and went home to register and pack my recyclables. I checked the website for their opening hours which was 12:30. I hurried and got there at 12:15. The sign said closed but the time on the door said that they shut at 12:30. I was able to go in but was turned away and told it was closed! Please put the right information up for opening hours. My time is important too!

A great shop. The clothing and other items are clearly identified into sections and sizes. Lots of stock. Also sell new items. Very friendly staff.

Saw a customer come in to the kingaroy store and was refused entry because she didn't have a mask on which she was medically exempt from wearing. Not only was she refused entry, she was then belittled in front and to customers by your staff member. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the likes of Lifeline! You made that customer feel so awful. I will never ever go back in there. Lifeline is supposed to help people, not make them feel worse. They should be ashamed of themselves

My daughter and myself visited this store n it’s presentation was immaculate n well presented the staff were lovely n very very helpful . We are very happy with our purchases and will be visiting again soon
