Starting to settle in so far so good. At Waterford. I have lived at Waterford a few years now and am very settled. Friends comment that is is more like like a small community than a retirement village. It is ideally situated being close to buses, shops, restaurants and medical facilities. I have no regrets

My villa looks out over bush land and a pond where I enjoy watching the native wildlife and I enjoy the tranquility.I enjoy spending time at home, as well as attending the various functions held at the village. I have always found my neighbors to be courteous and friendly.One of the best things is the proximity to local shops, doctors and dentists, and often I walk to the market, rather than driving. It’s also nice to live in a gated community and to feel safe and content within Waterford.”

We couldn't be happier with Marie and how she looked out for our every need while purchasing our apartment. Her response to every query was immediate and her enthusiasm is heartwarming. Marie knows every member of this beautiful community and she goes the extra mile to ensure all goes well. Our move to Waterford Retirement Village has been the best decision of our lives. We just love the warmth and friendliness of staff and all the community. What an incredible team - Rhonda, Vicki, Shelly, Marie, Wayne, Jason and Dave. So many things to do and fun events. Waterford Village has been our home for the past 9 years. It is a small and secure Village within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. We have enjoyed lots of social events throughout the years prior to COVID and will resume when times improve. Residents are all friendly and caring. If you are looking for a relaxing, easy lifestyle Waterford Village is for you.

In 2012 we moved to our lovely apartment in Waterford Village at the foot of Kincumba Mountain. We soon made new friends among the residents and enjoyed relaxing views over the Broadwater and surrounding hills. Over recent years the Village has been professionally managed by Rhonda Pickering & her friendly staff. Facilities in the village include a spacious lodge, indoor pool, gym, billiard room, hairdressing salon, craft room, kitchen & large meeting area for functions. Our comfortable villas and apartments provide us with privacy and security. It has been a joy to experience the benefits of this boutique Village in our retirement; a great place to invite our family and friends. Ernie & Jan Carnaby

I have had a great experience moving into Waterford from the time I enquired.I had recently lost my husband and was feeling overwhelmed at the thought of moving, but I found the sales process with Marie to be very smooth & the transition easy. Nothing was too much trouble & I could not have asked for a more supportive experience.The village is beautifully maintained & the people I have met so far are very friendly. This was absolutely the right decision for me & I am really happy here.

the staff from the Village manager and Sales manager to the Desk girls , maintenance fellows for garden and grounds are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The residents are not like neighbors, more like friends or family and made us feel so welcomed. No one is intrusive and we were certainly to feel one of the village straight away.This is our forever home and we were so lucky we found it when we did.

Gail and I have enjoyed living at Waterford Retirement Village since day one. From the outset we were made so welcome by the residents and have already made several friends. The management and staff of the Village are fantastic - always friendly and willing to go the extra mile".
