Terrible photographer!Avoid !!

Kids, of all ages, need to be in the company of adults who project great energy and mannerisms. This photographer is a negative, rude and impatient man. He made insulting comments about my son who is 4 to his face - about his hair and mocked him and made fun of other while trying to get childcare portraits. I clearly complained about it. I was horrified at his behaviour.I would not recommend at all. And I hope to never see this man or company on any school grounds again in future. Very unprofessional.

Perhaps he was a normal photographer for kids but he doesn't respect to the kids parents. He can't understand some kids are special needs and he has to treat different ways. Just wanted to finish his job and leave. I wish Google rating had less than one star.

The “photographer” and company director lacks professionalism. He is rude, and difficult to communicate with. Had to request a number of times for digital images which were ordered and paid for to be delivered. At this time, the images are still not received.A message to nominated supervisors:Do not use this business. The lack of professionalism, low quality images and failure to communicate in a timely and effective manor is not something you want to associate with your centre.Furthermore; there have been reports of his lack of care, empathy and understanding while working with children.Parents:If you’ve been unfortunate enough that your centre has booked this person as their photographer; do not order any images.Do yourself and your child a favour and use one of those photographers that regularly pop up in shopping centres.The quality and experience will surely surpass anything this “photographer” can deliver.

Dealing with Gary was absolutely shocking. Took over a week to get digital photos I had to make a request for as there is no digital option on the very 90's primary school style envelope order form.His story changed multiple times when our nominated supervisor was also following up since I was being ignored.If our centre uses him again (and I don't think they will!) I definitely won't be getting photos again. All other parents I've spoken to have also said they wouldn't get photos done with him again either.
