We put a deposit on our shed build in June 2022. It is now 8 months past making required progress payments.Mid Western Shed Company Mudgee have been very uncommunicative.Upon my consistently trying to contact them for updates and can’t go into their site due to no-one there is challenging. I constantly get delays on the ETA arrival of our shed. After making many enquires on shed they are requesting full payment with no requested update on completion date of our shed kit order from Randbuild. Tried many times to contact Randbuild in Sydney but no response.Buyer beware this company and Randbuild are very incompetent, uncommunicative and provide an appalling serviceLessons learned.
