I used Konnekt to connect with my elderly mother, who got dementia. The least that I can say about it, is that it is the best and easiest device which should be the first choice when it comes to communicating with elderly people. It proved very efficient especially when it came to us ready to use, pre-configured in Arabic language! In fact, all it needs is just a one-finger's touch, and all are in live conversation, video and voice. In addition, I received prompt and professional support when I needed it, which I consider a vital element in preferring it to any other solution.

Before Konnekt, our mother-in-law struggled to keep in touch using the mobile phone and landline. Now, with Konnekt, auto-answer means she does not have to get out of bed to answer, and it's easy for her to call us via the big buttons. Great product and outstanding backup from the team. After searching multiple and varied options to find a communication solution for my elderly, (92 year old) mum, Konnekt out-ranks all of them. Konnekt has enabled us to actually tell our 98 year old severely deaf mother news over the phone because she can now see what we say. With the Skype function she has already been able to see a new great grandson. Also, we can see her face and be reassured that she looks healthy. I have been impressed with how easily I have been able to deal with their staff.

We have had the videophone for about 12 months and it has been a game changer for our family in connecting with and caring for Mum (87) as she transitioned from living independently to an aged care community.
