Really good service, staff friendly, good location under Green Hills shopping centre, parking is a bit full on later in the arvo but of a morning there are plenty of spots. Excellent price, got brakes done and a service, beat pretty much every competitor. Would highly recommend.

Worst place I’ve ever been. I have given this place a go at least 2 times in two different cars. Every single time there is a big issue around service. They literally break my two cars after service! The customer service is extremely poor and they don’t care.

Very bad experience here, they broke a washer on the valve stem, put the spare tyre on the front where it doesn’t clear the brakes causing it to scratch the brembos (could have ended very badly if I drove the car with the spare tyre touching the brakes). Also seen staff on 2 occasions driving the car with excessive revving. They have not once apologised or followed up even after me calling multiple times. I have since sourced the washer and will be going elsewhere. Highly do not recommend.

Great service and competitive prices. I've used Jax several times now. And although happy with service, my only gripe this time was the standard of inflation of the new tyres. It was all over the shop and leaves me unsure as to what the optimum running pressure should be. You guys should be on point with this...
