No public toilets! Red rooster roll has minimal 1 only tiny chicken strip. Chips are cold. No spoon for the mash and gravy. Worker couldn’t speak or understand English. Tables and floor covered in waste. The restaurant is dirty. Would give this place a mess. I will need a KFC in preference to stopping in this filthy Red Rooster.

Ordered a fried chicken pack, 8 pieces, 5 of which were wings, potato and gravey lacking potato and chips stone cold. Waste of time and money again. Definitely won't be going back.

i ordered a ripper box through drive thru today, when i got home to eat it, half way done, i opened the roll and a cockroach aswell as fruit flies crawled out of the bread roll. Immediately felt sick and threw up for obvious reasons. This is absolutely disgusting and this shop should be shut down. Highly recommend never eating food from this place for your own safety!!!

Memories of a local Red Rooster that closed some time ago prompted me to give this store a second chance - Never again - Ordered barbecue chicken with 2 pieces of spicy honey chicken. The Barbecue chicken was dry and tasteless. I am convinced it had been cooked for some time.(since told by a family member never to agree to cut chicken as they use leftovers to make up the order - and I can believe it - The store does not look clean or organised - Husband says the honey chicken was okay - Pineapple fritters were strange and did not appear to be cooked well. Never again..

It’s very rare now days to have good quality fast food and this place nails it every time. My partner and I devoured a fried pack to ourselves and left no crumbs. Super fresh juicy chicken, hot fries, hot mash and gravy and fresh crunchy coleslaw. Pat on the back to whoever cooked the chicken because it’s too good to be fast food chicken!

You can see through to the kitchen area which means when I am standing at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting to order I can also see upwards of three staff starring at me having small talk about who can be bothered to take my order, fair enough if you're busy but I can actually see everything going on. Staff should at least have the respect to acknowledge customers and take their order when possible and not make silly attempts to look busy or hide out back

Always having some sort of delivery problem from this store. It was taking so long for delivery. My order was supposed to arrive around 5:25 waited till 6pm to call the store to find out where my family waited dinner disappeared to. They said the order was filled and picked up at 5pm... I had explained that I don't want a food which has been sitting in some ones care for more than hour. They have refunded the amount back but that's not the point, now have to look for something else to buy for dinner.... I know if o went and picked up the food my sell it's always good. So it's not your fault, it's Doordash problem

The fried chicken was really good. The thigh was very nice, mini drumstick and breast were overcooked though. The eating areas were a little bit dirty
