AAAC Towing Clearway Collection Centre

I parked in the wrong place while seeing a councellor for depression.. My bike got picked up by these individuals and I had to walk across the city to retrieve it.. Had to pay a fine then cough up the rest of my savings for the pick up fee... Day light robbery.. Next time I'll park on the damn footpath..

Like others here, my review reflects disdain for the company after my car was towed, under dubious circumstances. Through my own error, I parked in a clearway zone, nine minutes before the spot would have been fine to park in. I simply misunderstood the signage. I parked at 5.51pm. From 6pm the spot is ok.My car was towed literally 250 meters and impounded. I can't help but think that by the time my car was hooked up and towed, it would have been 6pm... and I'm certain their actions would have caused far more disruption to the traffic, than my car would have done!I picked it up 15 minutes later in person, and was charged $368. I appreciate there job is to tow cars, and this extends to cars that are parked where they shouldn't be... But doing this so close to restricted time frames having lapsed?! Come on, show some humanity! I suspect these vultures follow this practice every day of the week... Watching the spot with a dollar sign in their eye. Opting to stay silent and unseen, rather than saying hey buddy

The staff are friendly and following the rules properly. Yet they still have my car and no way to pay for it. So car still there and they let me get my card and money atleast. They need a payment plan or something

Pathetic at their best is all ill say Prey on cars parked on the road and then at a minute past 7 swoop like vaulters. I've seen 5 tow trucks hiding around the corner. To make it worst parking inspectors come around at the same time and put a $200 fine before the cars are towed and then another $380 for towing to the impound making it a total of $580. When I questioned the 2 fines and pointing out that you can't get a parking fine if its a clearance zone hence why it's towed to the impound, the inspectors couldn't answer and kept going in circles.

Honestly the worst people, i.e. scums of the earth - as everyone calls them (especially the tow truck driver). My car got towed for being 3 mins earlier than the paid parking signage. They towed my car for 1.1km and charged me $380. Clearly just want to raise revenue.

Towed a commercial vehicle away standing legally in a loading zone. The owner approached them before the vehicle was loaded. By law they have to release the vehicle in this situation. They would not. The AAAC Towing assistant assaulted me for standing up for the driver. Law suit pending.

Disgusted that paid parking I was 5 mins late and my vehicle had already been towed, held at ransom for $370!! I'm a single mum of 3 kids and I was attending a job interview, no payment plans available to get my car back,having to borrow funds of a friend simply to get my car back. Devastated to say the least and to make matters worse the city of perth sent out an additional fine for $200!! This is clearly a rort and revenue raising excersise!

1 star for the parking fine but 5 stars for the towing and the impound, they did a great job!

Money sucking scum of the earth.Charged $368 for towing my car 1.1km (verified by google). No justification for prices charged.Unhelpful and obviously uneducated staff told me the wrong collection address and wrong amount to be paid.

The team behind the steel mesh were very helpful in pointing out the process why it happened and what I need to do to get my car back. The part I find obsurd is the fact that they text me to tell me they had picked up my car but didn't text me to tell me to move it in the first place. Then had the cheek to charge me a insain sum of money to take it 5 mins up the road.
