Waited 30 minutes at the self service for staff to check a price. No one ever came so walked out and left over $200:00 products,thank goodness Kmart was close by. Get your act together Managers put more weekend staff on !

The escalator leds you to basements where you can buy almost everything here at great prices!The Staff was friendly when I approached one of them for help to check for product information.The store has wide range of amenities, toiletries , DIY section, sports , storage ideas, home decorations, baby sections, food and snacks, parties decorations, beddings , toys, clothings, shoes, kitchen stuffs, electronics, technology, book selections , dog and cats stuffs, cheap deals.Always has great discounts and I can spend 2-3 hrs shopping here. Found the accessories for my airfryer--Bought a back support for only $10, 20% on dog flea/ticks medications drips and a pair of beautiful boots for only $39! Wow!

Fantastic service from Daniel today, who went above and beyond helping me! Daniel Helped me connect my new wireless earphones, and set up a new digital clock for my child. He was very kind, open and willing to help me, and made great recommendations for the products I was considering. Great range for a mid city store. Staff here are usually nice and help you with whatever you want. It can get busy, and then the service levels might drop. Not been an issue for me so it's 5 stars from me.

Totally unexpectedly for me, a member of staff called AJ in the delivery/pick up/online department was extremely caring and attentive.Such a tactful and courteous manager. Usually employees in big and crowded places lose their sense of customer orientation and targeting. And this guy even said a few words in Ukrainian about his gratitude. That is, he was prepared for a possible visitor from Ukraine and learned a few phrases! In a word, episodes like that brighten up our lives. Thank you BigW

Medium size shopping complex on multiple levels with mixture of large and small stores. Big W, Woolworths, Office Works. Lots of places to grab a quick bite with a food court and other larger restaurants. Nice space to relax, chill out and catch up with friends. Very handy shopping place to visit.
