I went here with my grandkids and this one girl that served us was super nice and friendly. Occasionally she will serve us and is always so sweet and always making sure stuff is being done. But yesterday a female customer came in and started being disrespectful to this particular worker over an order that was the customers own fault. She and the manager explained to her respectfully why she couldn’t get her order fixed and instead of the lady walking away she got her male friend to harass the poor staff. He came in and started yelling at her saying she was unprofessional and honestly I was happy and satisfied that she didn’t let him disrespect her and she stood her ground. We need more workers like that. I come in here and see some sort of disrespect towards the workers and they let it off I’m proud of this female worker for standing up to such Karen’s.

Too long a queue and terribly slow service. We ordered shakes, reached the pick up and we're told no shakes available. She went to get a drink substitute and after 8mins came back with the shakes saying the machine worked. But the shakes were watered down and not good

The windows on the building need a massive clean they absolutely filthy the reason we went in is because we promised our grand children a meal thereWhen we received our order my burger didn't look appetising there was little care in assembling the burger, there was hardly any lettuce and a slice of tomatoes. It's a shame the burgers they promote on their boards are nothing like the ones you receive. For what you pay which isn't cheap you can get a pub meal for not much more.

6 O'clock at night, hardly any customers, 5 BBQ cheeseburgers and and they were basically stone cold. They'd have been under the heat lamp for at least 20mins.What's the point of being a fast food place if you still have to precook the food and let it go cold. This is why these businesses continue to lose money each financial year

Forgot my entire meal on an uber eats order. The main thing was the burger. They wouldn't have been flooded with orders either and being a shift worker myself I just wanted my food. Terrible, either give a reason for not having the order or pick up the phone and know you made a mistake.
