SOMA Collection

I like coming to this studio every Wednesday mornings for the pilates (foundation) class. The instructor is very Grace-ful (pun intended) and accommodating to beginners. And the studio itself… well just look at the photos. ✨

We hosted a collection event at Soma and I have to say the team went above in beyond in assisting pre event and on the day. Everyone had a great time, images were amazing and I couldn't have asked for a more supportive event space. Highly recommend.

It is the best gym I have been a Member of in the CBD since the early 90s. Spectacularly appointed, amazing personal trainers and friendly, down to earth staff. Highly recommended.

Best workout I’ve done in Sydney so far (class was HIIT Circuit with Stephen). Great excercises, the trainer demonstrated them well before we started and was super motivating throughout the session as well, even remembering everyone’s name. The gym is spotless, very nice boutique style, and even has an infrared sauna you can use after your workout. Lovely spot, I will be back for sure!

What a top class gym! I was able to use the facility when I stayed at the Sofitel across the road and was pleasantly surprised with the range of new and excellent quality machines, exercise equipment and weights when I went to workout. Great use of the space for movement and cardio workouts. I didn't get a chance to use the pilates room but this looked great. The gym waa clean and fresh. Staff were friendly and seemed like there was a few instructors available.

I have been a member for a year now - this is the nicest gym I have ever set foot in. Right from the reception team, to the bathrooms and gym floor every inch of this gym exudes luxury, it feels like a 5 star hotel. The classes are just as good as any pilates studio or Barry's boot camp and the infrared sauna does wonders for muscle stiffness, skin and releasing toxins. Worth every cent, you get what you pay for. Can't highly recommend enough. Simon and Franco you have done an amazing job can't wait to see the next one open

Every time I work out here I have the time of my life. The energy and encouragement is like nothing I have experienced anywhere else. I always want to come back, and always leave feeling incredible.

I LOVE SOMA! the reformer pilates classes are top-notch and well-run, the premises are always clean and last but certainly not least, the service here is amazing!i believe that the reformer pilates classes here are the one of the best fitness experiences you can get in Sydney, and the fact that the studio has a great, cozy ambience perfect for winding down gives it a whole plus.Furthermore, I always feel comfortable working out in the gym, regardless of the sections (studios, gym floor etc) due to its cleanliness and just its great atmosphere.Last but not least, I am certainly always fascinated by the customer service they provide at SOMA. Despite being a younger part of their clientele, they have been very kind and hospitable to me and i truly appreciate their service. Alexa especially, have been really lovely and it’s always nice to see her around!Amazing gym. Would give a rating of 10/5 stars if that’s possible.

I have been a member at Soma since they opened. With an array of classes covering different fitness modalities, great trainers and it’s delux interior - it’s my sanctuary. It never feels too overwhelmed with people like I’ve experienced at other gyms. Thanks Soma!
