I have no confidence that Graham knows what he's doing, he did a really bad job. Job was replacing glass in the two panes of my lounge window that each had a single crack across them but which had been stable for a long time.His errors I would've thought were glazing basics. He also left dangerous shards on the ground both inside and outside and didn't warn me about them. I noticed later with a bleeding foot. He disposed of the old glass (about 2 square metres of it) by breaking it up on my entrance footpath without any drop sheet etc, and putting in my council recycling bin, despite surely as a glazier he knew councils don't recycle window glass.Graham cut the glass too small for the frames, there was no attachment glass-to-frame on one edge of each pane. There was no sealant there, on one side there was only about a 1mm overlap between glass and frame, the other pane only slightly more overlap but also no sealant. Also the rubber seal that goes on the outside was fitted very poorly, cut wrongly etc.In our text conversation about the glass, he first told me I couldn't see it right (I knew what I was seeing). Eventually he said he'd come back to fix one side, then with a little more prompting from me he agreed to look at the other side too.I felt so uncomfortable with him that I ultimately told him not to come. I had no confidence he would do it properly this time due to just how bad his first go was. I felt uncomfortable even having him back in my house to give him a chance to see what he'd do. He would not offer any refund so I've forfeited the $360 cash I gave him in full payment. I will now have to pay another proper glazier too to come fix his work and make my window safe and neat with glass sealed to frame.Graham then blamed me for how shoddy his work was, telling me I made him work in the rain and didn't care about his well-being". But he'd just carried on when it started raining without expressing any concern to me. Even if I'd insisted

Got a quote and organised a time for glass replacement with graham. When I hadn't heard from him around the time he was meant to come do the job, I called. He hung up as soon as he realised why I was calling, and wouldn't answer when I tried to call back. If he didn't want to do the job he could have said so, and I would have gone straight to someone else rather than wait around for his lack of service. Save yourself time, and don't bother using this company. Rude and unprofessional.

Great service. Window was fixed the same day I rang and was the cheapest I found.

The guys were on time and very well priced, really friendly and made the whole process stress free! Replaced the glass, were careful and respectful of my furniture and walls etc. The glass is as good as new, I was even assisted in sweeping up the shattered glass from my damaged pane. Really appreciate the service! Would recommend and use in the future.Thanks again!

I don't usually bother doing reviews but this was a terrible experience, spoke to someone on the phone, confirmed the job verbally and sent an email to confirm to the correct address. Called to get an estimated time of arrival after hearing nothing all day only to be very rudely advised they don't like working in the rain (even though the job is inside) and they had lots of other jobs to do". There are PLENTY of glass repair places in Brisbane

Graham is an absolute boss!Called at 08:30... was quoted a price over the phone, was told he would be there before 12pm.Arrived at 10:30am, finished the job by 11am... no trying to screw me for extra money, job was as quoted.Absolutely recommend him.
