Melissa offers such a thorough experience as a naturopath, both science and softness all in one!. Her nature is warm and welcoming, and I felt confident that she was listening and engaged from the very beginning. Melissa is clearly passionate about what she does, and brings so much enthusiasm and knowledge to each session. I’ve definitely seen positive shifts in my health, thanks to what Mel has prescribed - both in diet related suggestions and supplement/herbal support.

Working with Melissa has been very beneficial for my daily well-being journey. I have gained so much from our consultations as Melissa really takes the time to listen to me as well as ask really well prompted questions. I feel safe and heard each time I meet with Melissa. The processes we have put in place have given me a sense of feeling more in control of the daily symptoms of stress and anxiety. Melissa is scientifically informed and I trust in her ability to analyse the facts which is something I have not experienced in other Naturopathic Consultants.
