Economix - Premixed, Permeable, Coloured Concrete Deer Park

Delivery driver almost just killed me by using his truck to force me and other motorists off the road. All captured on dash cam.

I now know why Economix have only a two star rating. Rachael at the first point of contact, is probably the most rudest person I've come across. On top of that they charge $20 per copy of invoices. For which they promise to have emailed me by the end of the day. Fast forward another two days I'm at my wits end and cancel the copies of the invoices required after numerous follow ups including unanswered phone calls and demand a refund. Low and behold Rachael hangs up on me at the front desk again rude of course and sends me an email with the requested invoices a minute later.

Worst experience ever, receive a call 15 minutes after scheduled delivery time which was 11 to notify me that concrete would be arriving late.Came at 12, whilst concrete pump was waiting from 11, driver was incompetent also. Called up to explain my frustrations and hoped for assistance and got zero.Ordered 20ml stones, got 40ml stones and clogged up the pumps which added to our nightmare.Concrete required was 6cubics, made sure we accurately measured and ordered 6cubics which would have been more than required to be safe , funnily enough wasn’t enough in the truck, had to order two more. With a extra charge for small order amounts.Handled completely unprofessionally, gave me every excuse/reason under the sun other than being understanding and or helping in regard to the situation and were honestly very rude.They obviously don’t appreciate customers or understand that without them they have no business.Would not recommend to anyone and will ensure that my unpleasant experience is shared.

If there was less than one star I would do that but unfortunately there isn't

Charged my credit card twice for the same delivery by “accident”. Then when I chased it up the next day they told me there system will take 6 days to refund.. An age old trick for companies struggling with cash flow, I would hope this was not the case but actually an admin error.To add to that the driver left slurry all over the footpath and down the street which the neighbors are not happy about.Will never use again. Poor experience from my end.

I worked for economix. Multi million dollar company and they can't even pay their employees right or on time..Worst experience would not recommend

Brought two tins of concrete sealer over ordered only required one tin.Went back a week later to return because I did not have my receipt they refused to accept the return even though I was able to show proof of purchase on my bank statement.What a joke of a place the accounts manager is arrogant and rude.Would never deal with the place again

This company let's there drivers go off at women. I just witnessed one scream at my neighbour because they have blocked both our driveways for over 3 hours!!!When I called to complain I got told that all she could do was make a call to a supervisor about the trucks blocking access. Nothing about the verbal abuse.When we approached the drivers they just laughed in our face.Absolutely ashamed at what we see in nowadays.No respect for anything or anyone

Econo-Nightmare! Zero zero zero customer service. I have been given a price than when I went to order, the price was much higher. All I was asking is go to the recorded call and check (I knew the exactly date), if I was right adjust the price! Any other company will do this. But at Economix No one could help. 2 days, hours of calls. Treated without respect! Been given only arrogant answers from All the girls at the phone. Then the area manager decided to give me a (little)discount because he had no time to waste. But guess what now I was charged for minimum load etc. I decided to give up. But what comes after is the funniest part. I got the concrete delivered:I had to put 100. litres. Of. Water. In. 3. Cubic. Meters. (All documented, as picture, the truck driver refused to write the last 10 litres on the docket, he was the only good one by the way)To be able to work it. And still dry. Obviously I would have sent it back but... with Economix could I?Shame! Owner, Manager, CEO that allow this to happen!
