It works..Having spent years doing rehabilitation work in the gym along with pilates and yoga. What hours of training a week has not accomplished, 30 minutes on a machine has activated those week no responsive muscles and accelerated my recovery. Can personally speak for fixing a weak glute and inner core.If only I knew of this years ago.
