They advertise same day service and that is exactly what they delivered. A rarity these days indeed. 10 out of 10 for that. Delightful over the phone and easy to deal with. Steve arrived on time and was awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Steve had the problem diagnosed within minutes and attended to the fix. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services or using them again.

I recently had the pleasure of using Surrey Air Heating and Cooling service, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. I wanted to share my experience and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of heating and cooling solutions.

A word of warning to be wary of using Surrey Air if you have an intermittent heating problem. I have reluctantly just paid Surrey Air’s $330 invoice despite my heater still not working. Steve came to my place to look at my faulty unit, but it worked fine when he was there so he couldn’t do anything. I booked him to come a second time when the heater was again failing, but I called and cancelled when the unit started working again (Murphy’s law). Trying to get Surrey Air’s assistance when the heater was again not working, I attempted to book for a third time but Surrey Air didn’t even return my contact. Although I understand the call out takes time and some cost is fair, it is frustrating to pay $330 for really, nothing. I am now out of pocket, still with a faulty heater, and Surrey Air has not demonstrated a willingness to work cooperatively with me to solve my issue.

I cannot remember having dealt with ANY company as efficient and professional as Surrey Air. I called on Friday and by 11am Monday the job had been completed by a terrific guy called Damon who was very helpful and courteous. The price for the service was exactly as expected at $285, albeit their was an extra $100 charge just to reattach a duct. Normally I would have thought that to be a bit over the top for a mere 15 minutes extra work, but given everything I said in my intro, I'll pay it as they were so very professional. I totally recommend Surrey Air to anyone in need of very timely, professional and friendly Heating or Air-Con service. I cannot speak highly enough of the Four Staff Members with who I dealt being Jason (in the office), Damon, Steven and Jason. Thanks Guys!!

Booked service this morning and was advised Steve would attend about 1.30pm. Steve arrived on time, was friendly and efficient. He clearly explained status of my system for future reference. Quite satisfied with service provided.

I won't use these guys again. Engaged them to service my Evaporative Cooler. They did the work but didn't realize the A/C wasn't cooling and blowing hot air. I called them back, they diagnosed a failed tap that needed to be replaced. Over the holidays it took nearly 2 weeks after I chased them up to send me an email with a total cost of $968 for the part replacement and repair. There was no itemized quote just words in an email. I asked them for the quote but got no response. A week later I got a follow-up call about their offer where I told them I wasn't going to waste any more time or money on them given their performance. Unprofessional

Surrey Air has been my go to company for anything heating and cooling related for many years. They have never let me down and have always been incredibly professional and efficient with everything they have done for me. They have just replaced my old heating/cooling system which they kept going for years longer than it should have. The new one is brilliant and was installed expertly and quickly. Many thanks to Jason, Damon and the guys for another job really well done.

SurreyAir technicians came as scheduled to replace our old ducted heating unit with a new 5 star rated Brivis gas ducted heating unit. I am very happy with their workmanship.I am also very happy with their prompt response with quotation and my questions over the phone and emails. I contacted them last Tuesday and I had the new heater installed by Friday.
