Worst company ever

Am still waiting for my deliveryHave rang but they won’t tell you anything referring you back to senderHave put tracking no in and it says that it is in the depot. Have been waiting a month I think that is enough and looks like I will have to cancel my order to get any help. Don’t go near them

Once again I cannot give a good review. The driver of the van was very nice. I only received the package, however, after I complained to Allied Express about the fact that the package had sat in the depot from the 15th -23rd July. After my complaint, it was delivered on July 24th. Thank you to the driver who worked on a Saturday. My recommendation - if you have to use DXT, keep complaining until your package arrives.

Pathetic waste of a delivery company, have your goods and cannot deliver. Drivers are rude liar. They ring and say they have delivery with attitude but are not at address ??? Won’t answer phone finally turn up with no way of getting item of truck. Have to track down delivery through purchased company who cannot get any answers after having item almost week and a half have to get onto head office Sydney only to be told lies that driver has spoken. He stated he had just spoke to me and arranged deliver and I threaten with my sons??? As I told Sydney I have been on the phone with you for over 40 minutes how and excuse me my children are 8,10 and 13 so what the hell. THEY ARE A PATHETIC COMPANY TO USE won’t even unload drive stated I am only the driver, I dead in one ear and I can’t see where I backing I can’t see out that mirror I need help to back??? Tried to fit large truck in a small car driveway and go irate when we said you can’t put the truck up the driveway got it on video.

This company DXT (Doble Express Transport) in Beresfield NSW are the worst couriers in the business. They simply can’t deliver on any professional level. If one can’t help the driver unload then one doesn’t get the delivery. I’m an 80yo woman so lifting furniture anywhere isn’t an option.They lost a crucial part of our shipment after delaying our delivery way past the ETA. Both the supplier and ourselves have been going crazy trying to get them to find the missing equipment in their depot. All our info is on the carton including the bar code.They call themselves an ‘Express’ company. What a dishonest title for this snail paced indifferent company. I’ll be warning all our clients and contacts against this poor service.
