They really do excellent work, Marcia is a national hero - she even goes as far as remaking my bed with clean sheets. They are alwayts so nice when contacting them and prompt with request and communication. I cant recommend them enough :)

Cosmic cleaning is the most reliable cleaning service I have employed. The quality of cleaning far out performs others in Canberra with the attention to detail. The flexibility to work on different days is a positive for my household.

We have been using the services from Cosmic Cleaning fortnightly for the past 18 months and are very happy with their service. They arrive on time and do excellent work in a timely manner, are well presented and courteous. Cosmic cleaning are flexible with their arrangements and accommodate absences for holidays and sickness. If the staff member scheduled to come is unavailable for some reason they advise me in advance and arrange either an alternative cleaner or alternative time. We have had dealings with several staff over this period and they are all very reliable and all do a great job.I can highly recommend their services

We have used the Cosmic Cleaning service for 2 years. The team are very professional and have always done a great job (and the staff I have met have been lovely). I really appreciate the communications – if a cleaner is going to be late or change due to holidays etc, we have been informed in advance, as well as clear and consistent general communications around the booking.

I have been using Cosmic Cleaning for several months now. I get a clean once a month (with a slight discount for the regular clean) and it is so nice coming home that one day a month and seeing how clean the house is. I am particularly happy with the bathroom, stove top and microwave (since I hate cleaning those myself and having someone else do it once a month means I'm more likely to spot clean in the interim). Louis and the team are really responsive and I've been able to ask for some slight changes to their standard house clean to meet my preferences, which is great. The online portal where you can manage bookings and add extras (like a full oven clean, which I get done occasionally and is great) is really easy to use and makes the whole process so simple.

Booked for a standard + internal windows + internal spiderwebs clean for $239.64. 3 bed house, modern and tidy with hard floors throughoutBedrooms not vacuumed or mopped.No dusting of surfaces. Photos shown of dusty bedside table had too many items on to clean"Sink drainer photo with dead fly still in situ. Also "too many items to move".Internal spiderwebs remained in situ.House left unlocked.Immediately wrote to contact via e-mail. 4 days to respond. Offered a re clean then rescheduled 3 times on the day due to re clean. They offered a $100 refund which I declined

They come clean my house for a couple of hours weekly and the work they do is amazing, the lady who cleans my place always has a big smile on her face and is super friendly as well as does a fantastic job the guy who organises things as well is very help full with working around things and has excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company
