LOVE Bill's!Was recommended by a friend to check them out and didn't regret it. The meat there is real meat, free range, packed full of taste. They even stock some organic meats as well.Slightly on the dearer side but well worth it. Only a small shop so be prepared to wait to get in on a Saturday morning. Otherwise weekdays you'll be fine.You must have the chicken wings and the cabana!!

I ordered free range turkey and ham for Christmas. The turkey was so delicious. I only put salt and olive oil and roasted in the oven. Even my husband who doesn't like turkey really enjoyed it. And my sister who's an amazing cook also loved the turkey and especially commented on the quality of it. The ham was also yummy. Excellent meats! Thank you.

Fantastic free range meat, their smoked bacon is amazing and the cabana is very good. Their ready made cuts are great. Their own sausages are on the BBQ out the front on Saturdays, served with onion and their smoked bacon if you wish.

The staff are genuinely lovely people, the meat is bloody delicious and importantly free range and they also make cabana sausages that (for me) have changed the cabana world!

So accommodating! I wanted to make my own chorizo, the butcher happily sold me what I needed, and gave me a lesson on using sausage casing which was really helpful. They were so nice that I bought French lamb cutlets and a tasty jar of locally made sauce whilst I was there, and I’m glad I did. 7 minutes in the air fryer and the cutlets were so juicy, there’s plenty of meat on them and very little fat. The sauce was yummy too; a mild smokey flavour with a delicate heat that sneaks up on you. Not only is it great as an accompaniment, but a delicious salad topping used in place of dressing, especially with the addition of guacamole.
