Friendly, Knowledgeable staff who are happy to have a chat. Didn't feel like I was being rushed in making my choices of new frames. Maryanne was honest with me, if they didn't suit me she would say so. Have been a long term customer and will definitely be continuing to shop with Dapto Spec Savers.

I was so lucky today. My very old and plastic and poor quality glasses was broken by myself. A tall young guy helped me get it repaired. He was friend and professional. So perfect! Too clear in my world!

Mary Ann is always helpful organising glasses for my partner and I. She made a recommendation on a style of glasses for my partner to try on for fun and they turned out to be his everyday glasses. Shaun and Aaron were incredibly helpful with frame styling. Damien was also helpful with answering any queries my partner and I had.

Staff are friendly and efficient - from booking the appointment with optometrist right through to collecting my 2 new pairs of glasses. No hard sell. No upselling. Just good service. I went in for my (overdue) routine eye test and the staff were absolutely amazing! All of the staff I saw today, from the lady who did my eye test to the optometrist, were super friendly and didn't make me feel like I was being rushed through. A special mention of Mary Ann, who assisted me with picking my frames and was just all-round lovely, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend Specsavers Dapto to everyone. It was my first time at this particular store & I definitely will be going back. Such great customer service. So warm & welcoming.

Had a great experience today with Aaron helping me to get the best deal on some replacement glasses for my daughter.He went above and beyond in trying to find a solution for us that was cost effective but best for my daughters vision needs.We are very happy with the result and will definitely be back.

Aaron has been amazing during my first visit to replace lost glasses & again today when fitting my new glasses. He even made sure my old spares were fitting correctly again. So nice to be remembered on a return visit. Such a lovely experience & would recommend Specsavers Dapto (especially Aaron) for your next pair of glasses. Thanks for making my visits fun & look forward to dealing with Aaron again for my upcoming new sunglasses.
