Hungry Jack's Burgers Engadine
Would be great if there was a sense of urgency when it comes to customers being served. Standing at counter whilst kids talk about what they are doing on the weekend at back of restaurant in kitchen area. Even more frustrating when they can see your standing there waiting & don't approach you. Not busy, I was the only customer. In a rush, attitude from female team member was rude & struggled to smile or look at me. Nice work guys. Friday 10/2 5:2/pm Heathcote maccas.

1 stop down is McDonald's. Go there instead. Your food will be done faster and will taste fresher. Other Hungry Jack's are good but this one not so much.

Nice indoor and outdoor seating facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The car parking spaces are also generous.

The staff were very good order was taken and food delivered not to long a wait. The only thing I maked down was the toilets were dirty, the hand dryer in perticular was green along the base of the cleaner. Glad I went after my meal.

This place is like Abandoned town restaurant. Representing a big brand, the restaurant works with a single staff. People are tired of waiting. It's a mess around, if you don't have any expectations, close this restaurant. Do not harm the brand and people or do your job properly. I wrote these, but with this mentality, I don't think you will take what I write seriously.

Tried the new jacks crispy fried chicken fillet, very disappointed, the size was the same as chicken nuggets and 3 cost more than $8. Better off going too KFC, you get more chicken and costs less.

Food was thrown together and service was slow. Rubbish was everywhere on most tables and scattered on the floor. The floor, both inside and out, was sticky. I'm not sure if there was anyone managing the staff and if so, they have done a very poor job.

Go here all the time and the staff are so lovely. Very helpful and they are the reason I get hungry jacks over McDonald’s.
