I just bought a CPAP machine from them. Richard and Angela were great. Really helpful, took lots of time to make sure I got the right mask, settings, for the machine. Helped my wife with her prescription (and price match as well). Really great service..

An overdue post - ordered online for click &collect the staff on the till could not locate - when finally received after 30mins of waiting- three wrong products were placed hence have asked for an exchange for the correct item. the Store Manager aka pharmacist ask the customer to pay the difference - seriously if your staff has placed wrong items without reading the labels correctly don’t punish the consumer and demand to pay the difference. Unbelievable how he managed his store hence why the poor rating.First and Last

The pharmacist is completely unprofessional - he has no regard for privacy laws and will ask you questions about your private life loud enough for people in the whole shopping centre to hear. The manager is also incompetent too.

Booke an Appointment For vaccination. Show all the documents from GP (Doctors) prior to booking and they confirmed, But when I Arrived for the appointment. They said they will not honor the certificate. Very dissapointed.

A male pharmacist was very kind and all staff were very friendly.

Came for an appointment with pharmacist at 9am. When arrived, the staff told me the pharmacist is not in due to sickness. Should have notify me before I came in. Now need to reschedule the appointment

14 Sep 2021 — I had my second jab today. Angela administered it for me. She cared about my reaction for my first dose. After the jab, a COVID-19 digital certificate and the Immunisation Administration Statement were printed and given to me. Angela took an extra mile to email me the Certificate. She advised me to contact her should I require assistance in downloading the digital immunization records in future. What a wonderful after jab service!!! My jab experience with Angela at Chatswood Chase Priceline was positive. I appreciate the procedures were systematic and well-organized. I am very impressed with the caring and helpful service. Angela, the pharmacist administered the Astrazeneca on my arm. She was very gentle, caring and attentive. I booked my appointment on the web. I received an email and text confirmations for my appointment, which was on schedule. An Immunisation Administration Statement was issued to me for my first dose. The whole process was smooth and efficient.

Deliberately hides common cold medication (codral) to push herbal remedy rubbish (ease a cold) as substitute. Do not buy anything, especially when you don’t have time to check ingredients so you’re not accidentally buying garlic pills.

No any empathy no any customer service. Just a rude straight face. We are paying and buying the medicine and the vibe I received was as if we are being donated. If you don’t want to work in customer service please don’t work.

Rude customer service and not good for customers. I just purchased a faulty test kit 10 minutes ago with receipt, and I try to ask staff to exchange one for me, but one of the Indian man, he is so rude to me and refused to help me to deal with issue. As a customer, I purchased faulty test kit without any guarantee, it’s too ridiculous. And I am not recommended my friends and families to come to this pharmacy. It’s tooooooo bad.
