Good Sammy Mandurah Op Shop & Containers For Change

Love the philosophy but unfortunately I op-shop for 2 main reasons; 1) to save money, and 2) to not add more cloth to landfill.Sammy's are more expensive than many chain stores, and I find the clothing I buy from a chain is more targeted to my needs so I wind up buying less.

Good Sammie’s are getting way to expensive. I can buy new stuff for what they are charging. Take note you will loose customers. I recently was going to buy 2 second hand towels and they wanted $5.00 each for them. Hello, I can get them in spotlight for that price. They were very thin I might add.

Prices are REDICULOUS! the most expensive second hand shop in the area by far, considering items are donated for free they need to have realistic prices, you can spend an extra few $$ and get the item brand new elsewhere.

I have never had such a bad experience as I have had with good Sammy's. Firstly, let it be known, that I frequent good Sammy's at least once a week, as I love to go op-shopping. I was in the store with my parents, as they too enjoy opshopping as well and have been going to good Sammy's for as long as I can remember. Well I went to the store and had a look around for a little while, I decided to have a look at the bagged lots of toys, as you never know what might be in them. I found some that had piqued my interest, as it had figurines that I like to collect. So I picked it up and moved it around trying to get a closer look at it, to see if it had the proper markings to make sure it is legit and not a knock off. When the rudest lady" I have ever encountered starts accusing me of opening the bags and stealing. I tried to let her know that I was merely looking at the bags but she refused to listen at all. My father was nearby when this all happened and was not too impressed by the way she was acting. She yelled at him and myself "to get out of my store" so we put down the items that we were going to purchase and left the store. I don't believe that we will EVER be coming back to this store if this is the sort of attitude and respect I receive. I go to this store every week

Very friendly staff and volunteers.

Good store for 2nd hand clothes. Might be nice if they did a better job of cleaning some of them before racking but you can pick through to find something that suits.

Just tried to return 2 t-shirts within a week of buying because they didn't fit. The Lady held up the shirts one was a Nike tshirt and said we don't sell those here, I said I got them from the port Kennedy good Sammy's, and she very rudely said well take them back there then. Pretty much you can walk into any good Sammy's and you can find a Nike shirt. I had my receipt and I know my rights. Good Sammy's allows you to return to any outlet within a week as long as you have your receipt. This woman was very unprofessional and should not be working at a charity shop with this type of attitude and behaviour. I will be taking this matter further to ensure this does not happen again.

Fabulous staff, always a friendly face. The work and efforts these people put into each and everyday.Nice and clean, really well displayed.It’s always a pleasure to pop into this store
