Everything was good but why there is no public restroom in the gas station I wonder.

Slurpee machines are never working when I go there and they never have different doughnuts it's always just the original glazed the chocolate and custard and twirl like bruh where is my strawberry where is my vanilla slice where's my selection

Dxxxxn might come off as being rude at times but I am sure he is a wonderful person. Other than that the staff are all great. The coffee is nice, the pumps are clean and the store is well-lit. I used to audit stores and I am this location ticks all boxes.

I just want to start things off by saying for the last 7 months I have purchased a coffee every single morning and usually have a great interaction with the lady behind the counter, she’s always happy and positiveBut this morning the bald man in the fluorescent orange shirt that had the nerve to say to me and my partner “I’m just watching what’s happening over there” loudly as if he was accusing us of stealing coffee. How dare you sir. I assume you’re the owner? Then conduct yourself in a better fashionBecause you have just lost a very valuable customer that spends over $5 a day at your establishment

It was my first time in Ballarat and I had bought some ready made meals from another place where the microwave was broken, so I wanted to heat up my food at this 7/11 and not to make it unfair to 7/11, my cousin bought 2 cans of cokes so that we pay something and not just heat up the food at the place where we didn’t buy anything. While heating up my food there was a fly in the microwave, which I went out to throw away and the attendee of the 7/11 came next to me blazing and literally shoved me to the side and took my food out of the microwave and threw it on the counter, snatched the plastic cutlery out of my hand and told me in the most rude and disrespectful way to not heat up if its not 7/11 bought food. We already paid for 2 over-prized cans of coke. I was humiliated and I went out to get my wallet to buy some food for getting the complementary cutlery, and the attendee threw a tissue at me rolled into a ball and locked the door as if I was running away from the store with some plastic cutlery. I bought a sausage roll and threw it at his face. You give respect, if you want respect.I recommend everyone to never visit this 7/11.

Excellent discounted petrol prices with fuel lock app and a good range of drinks and snacks too. Also tyre inflator usually works here more than most places where their's are unusable or broken.

I just visit this location 7 eleven and the lady from the customer service is really rude. Don't know why she was having the arrogant face. We didn't go to get free coffee we are paying for it. I asked for the cup holder and she said it will cost 20 cent for it. Normally I use to get from other location with free of cost. I asked the reason them she replied the head office of 7 eleven decided to charge 20 cent from 1 of July and her owner asked to charge from today which is 30 of June not 1 of July. The way she respond and that arrogant face is unexpectedly. She don't have a valid reason for it.
