After They took my Order I noticed the cook wiped his nose with his hands demanded my money back

Great spot for a coffee. The staff are very young but always try their best. Sometimes they are a little slow off the mark, but they are trying. The donuts are always super fresh and very soft. They have the best yeast rings this side of the Hawkesbury River. Go for the pink iced. Its the ducks guts.

Absolutely disgusting what I witnessed today at Dount King. While at Richmond Market Place I decided to go and buy my nephews some donuts to take home as a treat and witness the rudest manager I have even come across.The young lady’s serving were so friendly and polite and had around 8-10 customers a mix of waiting to order or waiting on their coffees or donuts. When I can to order the young lady was very busy but so polite. Half way through my order what seemed to be the manager cam out from the back and very loudly so all could hear said you were not busy yesterday why was the end of day cleaning not done properly. The two lady’s servicing looked at each other and you could see they felt humiliated. Then the manager went on to say I could kill you for not doing it properly. Then when the manager realised that I heard looked at me and said what are you looking at you don’t work her. Then went back outside.Running a hospitality venue myself I would never allow or tolerate such a rude employee. This is work place bullying and harassment and will be taken further. The younger staff out the front were so humiliated and each customer that heard the manager asked the lady’s if they were alright. Once I received my order I asked if I could speak to the manager. To which the young server came back and said she won’t speak with you.This in unacceptable behaviour for any form of employment and for a big chain like dount king a real shock when you have so many younger staff working for you and you seem to allow a franchise to be like this.I expect a response and please not that this matter will be taken further and we have hard evidence and witness statements.

The team who work here are all so lovely and welcoming. It’s apparent that they know their regular customers well; I enjoyed witnessing the interactions between one of the girls working and some older gentlemen while I waited for my order; they chatted like old friends as she asked questions about things they’d obviously discussed previously. Perfect chocolate milkshake and delicious fresh hot cinnamon donuts, I’ll definitely be back!

Great service the the girl that served me was lovely …. But the fresh cooked donuts tasted like glue … I have lived in Richmond four 6 years and never had nice donut…. But Rouse Hill is the same yuk yuk yuk … no more for me and my family

Surprised at the number of staff here on a Friday morning - and delighted to see their attentive joy towards customers and effective multi-tasking, working around each other very well.With many thanks to Gabby and all the team.

$6.50 for a milkshake and only 3 quarters full is a bloody joke
