I like the vet, I like that I always see the same vet with my old dog instead of other places where I never saw the same vet twice, I like the receptionists, and I like the convenience of where they are! What more could you ask for?

Hanna has been very friendly and helpful with our cat Bear. She has lots of knowledge and experience. And also takes that extra care to follow up how he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Please DO NOT take your animal here in an emergency. Our daughter’s 2yr old dog was rushed here by her pet sitter at lunchtime who then rang me to tell me the vet had told him to be prepared as the dog was dying. I rushed there to find the sitter outside, when we were allowed inside the dog was on a drip and I was told he had parvo (even though he was fully vaccinated), his temp was 32, his organs were shutting down and he had a 5-10% chance of survival. He was on a heated pad but they had cold air blowing on him because the vet Hannah said he had smelly diarrhoea! I told them to turn it off as obviously he needed to be warmed not cooled and asked for another heated pad to be placed on top of him.Hannah seemed panicked and not confident. I asked what else could be done and antibiotics were suggested I said let’s do it. No bloods or parvo test had been done, I had to request these. Hannah asked me to leave the room for the blood test, I refused, she was unable to find a vein. His temperature had risen by now and Hannah said she could not look after him overnight if he rallied; I called NEVS and we rushed him there instead where all tests were performed and he was diagnosed with haemorrhagic diarrhoea and treated overnight. He was discharged home with me the next day!Do not use this vet unless you are prepared to be your own animals advocate and that should not have to happen!I felt compelled to write this review after seeing this beautiful dog lying on a table with minimal care given and being told all hope was virtually lost. The thought of anyone else believing this and having to watch their beloved pet die from a very treatable condition has shaken me.

Hannah and the team looked after our cat so well, treated like she was part of the family. Updates were given twice a day, even on the weekends. They were very honest about how our cat was going, laid out all options on the table and discussed these thoroughly so we could make an informed decision. Would highly recommend and will be going back to do regular checkups and emergencies in the future.

The vets at this practice (Alex and Katie) have been wonderful with my pets. I have been using this vet clinic for around 10 years and they have always treated us in a friendly manner. Both these vets have been kind and compassionate every time. When my late dog Scruffy was sick, they were very caring at a difficult time. I can see that Dr Alex loves my ginger/marmalade boy Archie, which puts Archie at ease and makes my life easier when I have to take him to the vets. :-).

A very reliable and friendly vet clinic. They took great care of our puppy after her desex operation. They were extremely helpful and even stayed back on a Saturday after hours to check on our unwell puppy. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone.
