The staff are very easy going and make you feel comfortable,they do a great job shaving my head and I only have one main concern and it’s the price they charge for a head shave that only takes 5 minutes to do but they charge the same $30 dollars which is the same price for someone who has a style cut and takes 10-15 minutes to do,in my opinion I find the price for a shaved head is not in the FAIR PRICE RANGE.I’m writing my review in the hope that the manager or owner will see my review and bring the price for a head shave down to a fair price.

Best place in town i have been going there for over 20 years great service and the ladys make conversation with you I like that at least its not just cut your hair and go definitely 5 star and more service

Got my haircut done tonight by Bec and it was exactly what I wanted to a tee. No other barbershop in Penrith dedicates lots of time and effort into haircuts as much as this place. Would definitely recommend!

My son went in for a haircut and they asked him if he wanted his face cleaned up and he said yes,Now my son has autism and a mild intellectual disability and he didn't think to ask how much or simply say, no.He came home with a good haircut and face cleaned but they didn't use a razor, instead they used the clippers on his face which left stubble and they charged him $50 for this which is money he hasn't got so from now on I will try to attend these hair cutting times so he doesn't get ripped off again.I
