Cardboard Display

Oh wow I cannot believe how rude these people are. I called on Friday and left a message. No-one called me back. I followed up on Monday with a simple question and the man was terribly rude and then he hung up on me as I was talking to him.I was trying to explain that I did not have the product code that was listed on their website as I did not write down the name of their business just their phone number and so did not have the info in front of me. I had the description and dimensions but that was not enough.I was trying to ask what if I just called to say I needed a counter top display that had to hold goods of such a such a size but he hung up on me mid sentence. Surely they could give me a idea of what size container would fit what I have but he did not even give me a chance.I was not short or rude to him at all. I am stunned that he hung up on me without any reason or provocation.I will be finding somewhere else to take my business.I would give no stars if I could.
