It's a new layout and is quite easy to navigate, I'm guessing that it will be a disgin for the future. Love thegreat under cover parking.

So much parking! And undercover too! The area now has all the essential shops around as well. The shop is large but lack of staff especially around deli section during busy period.Definitely need a security guard for the external areas though given the characters around the area.

I've been waiting excitedly for this store to open since the signs first went up.. Mostly because it is more convenient for me than the Coles down the road..First thing I noticed, because I need it, is that there are only a couple of disabled spaces (two I think) compared to parents spaces.. Where there should be more disabled spaces the rest of the front of store parking is 5 minutes only parking..Upon entering the complex you see a panoramic frontage for Woollies..It looks great.. You will see that there are 14 very spacious self serve checkouts which are obviously purpose built for trolleys.. There are only 6 full service checkouts of which only one was operating..Now a huge standout is the width of the aisles.. Very spacious.. Of note is the meat dept, everything is in a closed door fridge.. so no sneaking in front of dawdlers to quickly grab what you need.. The pre-packaged food such as cheese, deli, pasta, meals etc are in closed door fridges also.. Speaking of pre-packaged, it's very Tesco like now.. So much is pre-packaged which is convenient for some I suppose but for those shopping for one person it is very limiting..Into the general grocery area.. The ticketing on the shelves is very different.. No more scanning the aisles for the tags that stick out to highlight the specials, new items, clearance etc.. For me this is an issue as it may also be for vision impaired people.. You have to get close to the shelves to find those items now.. Another thing of note is the rapidly decreasing range of Woollies brand items.. And generally, in my opinion a dramatically reduced variety of items..Now to the deli.. Whilst they do have service at the deli, there were 3 of us waiting for the staff to finish their chat.. They also have a fresh (not) seafood section.. Sadly it is stocked with a majority of imported products..Overall, a modern store which has easy access (unless you need disabled parking) it's clean, spacious and in a very convenient location.. Checking out during busy hours might be an issue if you need assistance with only one service staff member at the self service checkouts.. I've only given 3 stars but this might change once they have settled in..

Fantastic new store. Staff friendly and helpful. Great parking. Love the new age trolleys made from recycled milk bottles.So easy and light to push.

We had gone to a restaurant nearby so it was convenient to shop at Woolworths Dandenong Junction. Plenty of car parking and not far to walk to supermarket entrance.The supermarket is large with many aisles. I think you would find any item you were looking for there. I used self serve to pay for my goods. The young lady attending to the customers using that service was quick to smile say hello and took the basket I had used to keep area safe and clean. Easy location from my home to shop.

Really nice clean new style store. The undercover outdoor parking will be great in summer. The store has a more modern feel than other Woolworth's stores. Great that there is another option in the area.

The direct to boot service works exceptionally well here. No long waits, and they get the orders correct. Really nice setup with undercover bays. Friendly staff.

Great supermarket, open aisles with room to move and clean. Has everything you need, easy to find items especially in the refrigerated areas. Undercover parking is a bonus with easy to find and accessible trolley bays.

I'd give them 5 stars for the lovely, spacious new store, except my friend was accused of stealing the open, half used packet of raw meat that was 4 days old. Apparently that employee was new, but the 3 others around here were not, and it was disappointing they didn't handle the situation better.
