I recently purchased some parts for my Yamaha outboard online through Wilko's Marine. I overlooked the cost of postage as I had inadvertently completed the purchase with the 'pick up' option selected. When I contacted them to cancel the purchase and request a refund, Ben was understanding and graciously agreed to cancel and refund without hesitation. This indicates to me an empathetic, and ethically operated, business. I recommend Wilko’s to all.
